Tarta de manzana superfácil - Easy Apple tart

Receta de mi tía que desde pequeña nos ha deleitado con esta sencilla y riquísima tarta de manzana. Desde hace unos años la hacemos conjuntamente por la mañana antes de empezar a hacer la comida. 

Queda finita, esponjosa y jugosa...

Over the past few years we do it together on the morning before we start preparing lunch.

It is simple to make and so yummy.

Para saber la equivalencia en gramos de una taza pincha aquí. Si no tenéis el tamaño ideal de una taza, podéis usar otro recipiente, lo importante es que uséis el mismo para que las cantidades sean proporcionales.

Ingredientes

2 huevos

1 taza leche

1/2 taza de anís

1 taza de azúcar

1/2 harina

1/2 aceite

1 sobre (16g) levadura química (Royal)

3 manzanas

2 eggs

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup of anisette

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of oil

16g baking powder

3 apples

Elaboración

Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.
Montamos las claras a punto de nieve, por otro lado las yemas con el azúcar y mezclamos.

Sin dejar de batir añadimos la leche, luego el aceite, el anís y por último la harina junto el sobre de levadura.

Extendemos la mezcla sobre una bandeja cubierta con papel de horno. Encima ponemos la manzana cortada y espolvoreamos azúcar.

Horneamos a 180ºC unos 30 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo este salga limpio (truco que nunca falla).
Dejamos templar antes de servir.


Preheat owen to 180ºC.
Whisk the eggs whites until stiff, in another bowl, whisk eggs yolks with sugar. Add one mix to the other. 
Whip both mixtures and add milk, then oil, anisette and lastly flour with baking powder.
Pour the batter into a baking pan covered with baking parchment. Place sliced apples on top and spread some sugar. 
Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving.
