DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUNTO ENTRETEJIDO / TWEED STITCH DESCRIPTION

Este sencillo punto se teje en los espacios dejados por la c.a.d. de la vuelta anterior. Aunque se progresa lentamente, es ideal en tejidos gruesos para conseguir un resultado denso y resistente con un punto muy ligero.

This simple stitch is made in the spaces of the previous row. Although progress is slow, it is ideal for chunky yarn to obtain a dense and resistant result.

Para hacerlo más sencillo tejemos en espiral. No contamos vueltas y el trabajo es más fluido.

VUELTA INICIAL: Tejer 119 c.a.d. con la aguja del número 8.

Cambiar la aguja del número 8 a una aguja del número 7.

VUELTA 1: Tejer 1 c.a.d de subida, que corresponde a 1 p.b. y 1 c.a.d. Saltar 1 punto de la c.a.d. inicial y seguir tejiendo punto entretejido, 1 p.b. 1 c.a.d. saltar 1 punto, hasta completar toda la c.a.d. Recordando que el p.b se teje metiendo dentro del espacio que deja la c.a.d de la vuelta anterior. No cerramos y continuamos tejiendo en espiral sobre los puntos iniciales de la vuelta.

Con una aguja lanera rematar el hilo del comienzo de la c.a.d.

VUELTA 2 a 18: Seguir tejiendo con punto entretejido hasta completar 25 cm de altura. Terminar con 1 p.c. 

Con una aguja lanera rematar del final del cuello.

FOUNDATION ROW:  Make 119 ch with hook number 8.

Change to hook number 7.

ROW 1: 2 ch to start the row. Make a tweed stitch *1 sc, 1 ch, skip a stitch*. Repeat from * to *. Do not finish of the row with sl st, work in the round.
ROW 2 to 18: Keep working in the same way. The sc is made through the ch of the previous row. Keep working until reaching the desired high Finish off with a sl st.

Hide the remaining tail with a wool needle.
