TORRIJAS CON CREMA DE COCO, HELADO DE DULCE DE LECHE Y GALLETAS OREO

Para las torrijas / For the toast:



? 1 baguette / 1 baguette

? 500 ml de leche / 16fl oz of milk

? 180 gr de azúcar / 6,34oz of sugar

? C/s de canela / cinnamon as needed

? C/s de piel de limón / lemon peel as needed

? C/s de piel de naranja / orange peel as needed

? C/s de harina / foul as needed

? C/s de aceite de oliva / olive oil as needed

? 2 huevos / 2 eggs

Para la crema de coco / For the coconut cream:



? 400 ml de leche de coco / 13,53fl oz of coconut milk

? 3 yemas de huevo / 3 eggs yolks

? 90 gr de azúcar / 3,17oz of sugar

? 30 gr de maicena / 1,05oz of cornstarch

Otros ingredientes / Other ingredients:



? C/s de galletas oreo / oreo cookies as needed

? C/s de helado de dulce de leche / ice cream caramel as needed

Elaboración / Preparation:

Para las torrijas / For the toast:



Poner un cazo al fuego con la leche, 80 gr azúcar y los aromas

Put a saucepan with the milk, 2,82oz of sugar and flavorings

Infusionar los aromas y retirar del fuego

Poner 300 ml de leche de coco a hervir con el azúcar

En un bol poner las yemas de huevo, el resto de la leche de coco y la maicena y mezclar sin dejar grumos

Verter la leche de coco hirviendo en el bol y mezclar

Devolver al cazo y terminar de cocer

Separar las galletas oreo y retirar el relleno con la ayuda de un cuchillo

Montaje / Mounting:

En un plato ponemos en el centro la crema de coco y hacemos una lágrima
